    What is Aura Medical?

Aura Medical is a visual medical terminology app for nursing, medical assistant, allied-health and medical students. It combines a complete prefix/root/suffix course, 2,400 clinical flashcards across 12 specialties, 80 original labelled illustrations and 24 animated ECG rhythms, scheduled with spaced repetition.

    Do I need an account?

No. Aura Medical works completely offline with no sign-up required. All your study progress stays on your device.

    Is my data private?

Yes. Aura Medical does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking, and no cloud sync. See our Privacy Policy.

    How does spaced repetition work?

After studying a card, rate how well you remembered it (Again, Hard, Good, Easy). Cards you miss come back in the same session; the rest are scheduled for the moment you're about to forget them, so daily reviews stay short.

Will my progress sync across devices?

Not currently. All progress is stored locally on each device. Cloud sync may be added in a future update.

    Is the app free?

Aura Medical is free to download with a permanent free tier: the first units of the terminology course, the first cards of every specialty, a selection of illustrations and ECG rhythms, and a daily quiz. Aura Pro unlocks everything and is available as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. There are no ads.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. iPhone: billed by Apple; manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: billed by Google Play; manage or cancel in the Play Store app under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

I bought Pro but it's not active, or I got a new phone.

Open the app and go to Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account (iPhone) or Google account (Android) you used to buy. Purchases don't carry over between iPhone and Android.

    Is this medical advice?

No. Aura Medical is an educational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. ECG strips are simulated and illustrations are schematic.

I found an error in a flashcard. How do I report it?

Please email support@edict.com.tr with the specialty, card term, and the issue. We review every report and update content regularly.
