Summary: Aura Medical is an educational study tool. Use it to learn; do not use it to make clinical decisions. Aura Pro is billed by Apple or Google and renews automatically until you cancel.

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Aura Medical (the "App") you agree to these terms. On iPhone and iPad, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. On Android, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or extract the App's content (cards, illustrations, ECG material) or reverse engineer the App, except where the law allows it.

3. Educational use only

The App is for education. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a medical device. ECG strips are simulated and illustrations are schematic. Always follow your instructors, current clinical guidelines and qualified professionals.

4. Aura Pro subscriptions and purchases

Aura Pro is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
There are no free trials. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
The free tier stays free and does not expire.

5. Content and accuracy

We work hard to keep content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free or complete. Report errors to support@edict.com.tr.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Edict Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
